How fast is delivery?
Most top-ups are delivered within 30 seconds to 5 minutes after successful payment. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.
Is it safe to use?
Yes. All payments are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We never store your card details. The store is PCI-DSS compliant.
What if UC isn't credited?
Check your Player ID first. If the ID was wrong, the UC cannot be refunded. If ID was correct, share your TXN ID with support — refund or re-credit within 24 hours.
Can I transfer my wallet balance?
Yes — go to Transfer, enter recipient email/ID and amount. Transfer is instant and cannot be reversed. Always verify recipient before sending.
Refund policy
Failed transactions are auto-refunded within 5-7 business days. For wrong Player IDs or user error, refunds are not applicable.
